At Aireo Sports, we deliver advanced Pickleball paddles with unparalleled customer care. Please review our warranty and returns policy below.

Paddle Registration

  • Paddles must be registered within 30 days of purchase to fall under the warranty.
  • The warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
  • Proof of purchase, such as bank or credit card statements, is required for registration.
  • If you bought your paddle directly from the Aireo Sports website (www.aireo-sports.com), it is automatically registered at the time of purchase, and no further action is needed.
  • If you purchased your paddle from an Authorized Dealer or through an online platform (such as Amazon), you must register your paddle to be eligible for warranty coverage.

Warranty Summary

Our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defect and have warranties specific to the product category.

  1. Pickleball Paddles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If found to be defective, a repair or replacement will be issued.
  2. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse or negligence, user modification, fading or scratched surfaces. Such as faded graphics, small scratches/markings left by pickleballs on face, damaged cause by swipes against the ground or any object other than a pickleball, mending the edgeguard together.
  3. Due to the nature of the sport of pickleball, pickleball balls are not covered under a product warranty.
  4. The warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
  5. Warranty issued replacement paddles are not subject to additional warranty coverage
  • The consumer is responsible for all shipping and handling for returns to Aireo Sports beyond one-month from purchase date.
  • Other restrictions may apply. Aireo Sports reserves the right to determine if a product is under warranty.

6. Claim Process:

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

Return Policy

  • If you have purchased Aireo Products from an authorized dealer in the USA and would like to return the item. It should be returned where the item was originally purchased, and the transaction occurred. 
  • For return of purchases made directly at aireo-sports.com for your own private use as a consumer you may return the product within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery provided you correctly follow the instructions on the return form provided with your shipment.
  • Once we have received and validated your returned items, we will confirm it to you by email. A refund will be processed by and issued to your original method of payment.

First Quality Returns:

All products, excluding customized items, may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method provided the items are returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the products. A product exchange will be made within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that any product you wish to return is unused, in its original packaging and has all tags still attached. You agree that it is at the sole and absolute discretion of Aireo Sports to determine if the product has been used.

  • New paddles must show no signs of use and must be returned in the original poly bag (e.g. plastic on the handle, all tags still attached, no scrapes on the bumper guards, etc.)
  • Bags must be returned in the original polybag and have all tags still on and show no signs of use
  • Eyewear must be returned in original packaging with no signs of wear
  • Balls must be in the original unopened containers
  • Other accessories must arrive back in the original packaging, unopened
  • To the extent permitted under applicable law, customized items, that are exclusively made according to your specifications may not be cancelled or returned.
  • Shipping charges on all returns are the purchaser’s responsibility and are not subject to refund.
